We have been storing product at Canamex for over 30 years.  Our business uses public storage spaces across Canada.  Canamex is by far the best and most consistent warehouse we use in any province.  We have had the same forklift driver handling our plywood for over 25 years and can always trust they will do a good job.  We have many containers arriving at Vancouver ports and Canamex has a trucking division that handles the drayage as well.  They can unload containers on a timely basis and avoid demurrage or extra charges that could occur.  Sometimes we have 15+ containers arrive at once and they can still handle the volume.  If required, Canamex will schedule overtime and unload containers on the weekend.  We balance our inventory each month and very little shipping mistakes happen.  In the rare case something is shipped wrong or damaged, we are notified right away, and the problem is sorted out quickly.  Communication with Steven is seamless and easy.  He understands what the customer wants and makes it happen.  I wouldn’t recommend Canamex for other plywood customers because I wouldn’t want our competition getting the same great service we do; however, I would recommend Canamex for anyone outside of the plywood industry.
